PetStep® wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase, and are confident that you and your pet will be. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.
We are committed to our clients’ satisfaction with our products, and therefore offer a liberal 30-day return policy. If for any reason one of our PetStep® products does not give you complete satisfaction, you may return it for an exchange of a similar product or refund, less any applicable restocking fee of 20% will be charged on all returns. (The restocking fee may increase based on the condition of the returned product, or if it was returned outside our return period.) The returned product must be in saleable, as-new condition. For any exchanges for similar products, there will be no restocking fee applied to the transaction.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
PetStep® prides itself on providing the best pet ramp and pet accessories available today. PetStep® will replace merchandise that is unusable due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 30 days of the date of purchase.
In the event of shipping damage, a claim should be made with the freight company. While PetStep® will process exchanges on defective or damaged merchandise, PetStep® does not cover any of the return costs. PetStep® is not responsible for any lost or damaged return packages.

Please call 877-272-1707 request a Return Authorization number. Our team of experts will guide you through the process depending upon your request. Upon receipt of merchandise in a resalable condition, a refund will be credited to the charge account used to make the purchase.
