This warranty is the longest and the best in the industry.Ā  (Perhaps that is why PetStepĀ® has been rated as the best pet ramp by so many independent sources.)Ā  Under our warranty we promise to repair or replace any PetStepĀ® Pet Ramp found to be defective in material, construction or workmanship. Of course, any ramp that has been misused or abused would not be covered under this warranty.

To process a Warranty Claim, up to 60 months after purchase, contact our service department at 1-877-738-7837. When filing a claim please be prepared to provide a picture of the damage and proof of the place and date of purchase.
