Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are computed at checkout and are based on the total weight of your order with a $7.95 charge for orders under $79.00. Additional shipping charges may be applied for residential limited access locations when applicable. 

For items with Free Shipping:

  • Free shipping applies to Contiguous US orders only. An additional shipping charge will be applied to orders outside the Contiguous US.
  • Orders over $79.00, except for products where additional shipping is stated in the product description, is free via the shipping service of PetStep®’s choice.
  • We ship internationally. Call for a freight quote to your location: 877-272-1707. International customers are responsible for paying applicable duties, brokerage fees, and taxes after order is placed
  • Items ordered on-line that are not within the Contiguous US have a different freight price than quoted online. We will contact you with the appropriate adjusted freight cost. If you have any questions regarding freight/tracking don’t hesitate to contact us: 877-272-1707
  • In-stock items usually ship within 24-48 hours. Lead time varies for custom made orders. Contact us at 877-272-1707 with any questions regarding lead times

Return Policy

  • We love our ramps, and we are confident that you will love them too, but if you decide to return your PetStep® Ramp we accept returns on products that have been purchased over the last 30 days.
  • All returns require a Return Authorization: returns shipped without authorization will be refused.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. The restocking fee may increase based on the condition of the returned product, or if it was returned outside our return period.
  • HandiProducts does not cover any of the return costs. HandiProducts is not responsible for any lost or damaged return packages.
  • Call 877-272-1707 to request a Return Authorization number.

Information We Collect

Contact information
We may collect the names and user names of our customers and other visitors.
Additionally, we may collect your purchase history, billing and shipping addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and other digital contact information. We may also collect information that you provide us about others.

Payment information
When you make a purchase we collect your payment information, including information from your credit or debit card, check, PayPal account or gift card.

Returns information
When you return a product to our stores or request a refund or exchange, we may collect information from you and ask you to provide your government issued ID. We use the information we collect from you and capture off of your government issued ID to help prevent fraud.

Demographic information
We may collect information about products or services you like, reviews you submit, or where you shop. We might also collect information like your age or gender.

Location information
If you use our mobile websites or applications, we may collect location data obtained from your mobile device’s GPS. If you use our websites, we may collect location data obtained from your IP address. We use this location data to find our nearest store to you, product availability at our stores near you and driving directions to our stores.

How Information is Collected

We Collect Information From You Passively

We may collect information about you from a friend. For example, if your friend purchases something for us to send to you.
